• How do we contact you?

Our business hours are 10:00am - 8:00pm please feel free to contact us during business hours. All regards will be answered via email (rudyahthereal.1@gmail.com).

 

• Do you ship worldwide?

We do ship worldwide! The Domestic Shipping fee is a total of $10. International Shipping fee is a total of 75$.

 

• What happens if you didn’t receive your package?

Once item is shipped to USPS they are responsible for package , if you give incorrect address you will have to pay for it to be shipped to you again.

 

• How long is the shipping process?

Processing takes about 1-2 business days before shipping. Standard shipping is 2-3 business days. Curly textures( not including body wave) or custom color order takes up to 3-5 business days. (excluding weekends). EX: if I ordered on Friday, my order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday. Rudyah’s Hair Castle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials & acts of nature. 

 

• When do I receive tracking information?

Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will not receive tracking number as soon as your order is placed.

 

• Can I change my order?

Orders cannot be altered after payment. To avoid this please check your cart before cashing out. There are absolutely NO refunds unless a mistake is made on our end.
